Here’s why: If you look on the back label of a cereal box, you will notice that there is roughly 150 calories per serving size. That is not very many calories if you think about it. You would have to have over thirteen bowls of cereal to reach the recommended daily calorie intake of 2000 calories. So, by sticking with cereal all day, your calorie intake will have decreased dramatically, thus, making you lose weight.

When starting out with the program, depending on your eating habits, this might be a tough diet to handle. When I started this program, I had to eat more than just cereal during the day, due to my large appetite. My body was used to having more food. To help solve this problem, I would eat a large breakfast, and then have cereal for the rest of the day. The only time that I would allow myself to eat something other than cereal was at breakfast time.
