Also, during the day, I would carry around a few granola bars to help tame my hunger. Whenever I would feel hungry, I would just eat my granola bar, and continue with my day. That was all it took, and later in the day, I would get hungry again, so I ate another granola bar. After a few weeks being on this diet, my body adapted to it, and I was able to lose a lot of weight. Within the first month of the diet, I was able to lose five pounds. FIVE POUNDS…I patted myself on the back, and continued with my program. I was so happy that I was able to lose five pounds just from changing my diet. I didn’t have to spend hours a day exercising, I just had to change my diet.

When you start out on the Cereal Diet, if you get hungry, eat something. Don’t try to starve yourself. When I developed this diet, I wanted it to be an easy diet that anyone could handle. I don’t want this to make people feel miserable. If eating cereal for six meals a day doesn’t work for you, just have it for four, and have a big breakfast. Over the summer, I know that I didn’t eat cereal six times every day, but it was the majority of my diet. I would change my breakfast all the time, and my lunch some times, but I would always have cereal for a snack and dinner.

To me, this is a great diet that I still practice using. When I get down to my desired weight, I will change my diet so that I will only have cereal for dinner, or times that I get hungry. It is a great and easy way to lose weight. You don’t have to change how you live your day, all you have to do is change your diet a little bit.

I’ve had great success with this diet, and if you can try it, I think that you will be just as pleased with the diet as me. You can lose weight by doing the same things that you always have, but all you have to do is change your diet. Here are some other Helpful thoughts
