My diet is called the Cereal Diet. The name pretty much describes the diet completely. All you have to do is eat cereal for six meals every day. You might be saying to yourself, why six bowls? The answer is simple; Every time that you eat, your metabolism increases a little bit, this doesn’t mean that if you eat 24/7 you will lose weight. What it means is that every time you eat a meal, your body will start to burn more calories. So, if you have six small meals a day instead of three big ones, your metabolism will be a lot higher.

My favorite thing about this diet is that there are many different types and brands of cereal on the market. It is very difficult for someone to not find a brand that they enjoy. The beautiful thing about this diet is that ANY cereal will work. It doesn’t matter if it is the sugar coated kind, or the healthy bland flavored stuff. Your results will differ from brand to brand, but the variances will be minimal. Here is why it works.
