By changing your diet alone, you can lose a lot of weight, but if you incorporate a little bit of exercise, you can lose even more weight faster. I’m not going to tell you to go run four miles every day, but doing simple exercises can help you lose weight faster. If you take a walk every now and then, you will be surprised at how much extra that helps. Walking a mile burns the same amount of calories as running a mile. The only difference is that running a mile makes your cardiovascular system healthier.

Walking through the mall, playing a sport, or dancing at a club are examples of simple exercises. Find something that is fun for you, and use that for exercise every now and then. You don’t need to overwork yourself to lose weight; you don’t even have to break a sweat. Anything that you do that is physical in any way can help you lose weight.

If you want to lose weight in a hurry, throw some simple exercise in with the diet. If you are not in a hurry to lose weight, just change your diet, and maybe throw a walk or two in every now and then. If you want to lose weight, just follow my program and don’t make it a painful process. Weight loss should not feel like an impossible act, just a different way to live your life. If you use my program and it works for you, that makes me truly happy. When you get down to a healthy weight you feel a lot better. After I lost 15 pounds I felt like I could do about anything.
