I am glad that you took time to take a look at my diet. Even though there are hundreds, maybe even thousands of others. I developed this so people could come, visit, and learn some new knowledge. I don’t want to make anyone have to pay to see my diet. I feel that if something truly works, someone will tell about it and not charge a single penny for their thoughts.
